PRIME POINT Foundation, a non profit registered public trust was incepted during December 1999 by K.Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director of Prime Point Public Relations Pvt Limited, Madras with the following goals in mind :

• To create Public Relations and communication awareness amongst the Management students, Corporates in Public and Private Sector, Politicians, etc. 
• To enhance the professional skills for the Public Relations practioners, Journalists and other communicators  

The Foundation has been registered with Income Tax Authorities of Government of India and the Income Tax Department has also granted the exemption under 80 (G) of IT Act for all the donations received.

The Foundation has been organising various programmes, workshops for the benefit of various group of people.  The Foundation has also instituted Awards for the students of Mass Communication and also for college students The Foundation has been instituting annually awards for communication excellence.

The Foundation has been getting the support from the various Public and Private Sector Organisations through sponsorships

The Foundation has  launched a ' Training Division' to provide training and workshops to Corporates and entrepreneurs on various management topics like finance, quality, marketing, reputation risk, cyber security, etc.  Many eminent and experienced professionals are associated with this division.

The Foundation has been recognised as India contact for celebrations of United Nations Volunteers' day to be held on 5th December every year.

Foundation publishes a monthly e-magazine 'PR-e-Sense'  focussing on one theme every month. The ezine has received awards from ABCI and PRCI.  The Foundation also has started 'podcast' on Corporate Management themes.  www.poduniversal.com
